Calendar of Events for MAY 2017
During the month of May we focused on natural methods for supporting and balancing emotions. I am realizing more and more how stress, worry, fear and other negative emotions affect our mental and physical lives.
- So many diseases can be brought on or triggered by stress.
- Hypothyroidism is just one example of a disease that is caused by an imbalance of hormones.
- Many of us struggle with depression on a daily basis.
- Inflammation is becoming more understood as a cause of mental, emotional, and physical struggles.
I could go on and on. This is why I've decided to devote an entire month to learning new, natural ways to improve our emotional strength and stability. Below you will find the calendar of events. All of these workshops took place on Facebook LIVE.
